MEMBERSHIP TASKPLAN
The Objective
The objective of the LTP is to activate more members (or their parents) as volunteers:
Motivate members and parents/representatives of youth members to perform tasks within the club that are necessary to allow the club to function properly.
Why a members task plan?
At the moment there are too few volunteers to perform all the tasks that are necessary to allow the club to function properly. There is a lack of money to hire people to perform the tasks. As a result, too many tasks are performed by a small group of people and some tasks are not performed or are not performed sufficiently. Furthermore, AAC Rugby will be faced with the challenge in the coming season that the first men's team has to play on Saturdays. This means that even more volunteers are needed to operate the clubhouse in the weekend in an economically responsible way.
The members task plan in outline
-
AAC members pay 100 euros on top of the normal contribution at the beginning of the season. (50 euros for 'Recreant' members)
-
Each member of the club must perform at least 20 volunteer hours or approximately 4 shifts of 5 hours.
-
At the beginning of the season, the board will draw up a list of tasks to be performed, which members can register for.
Volunteer work
You can earn back the MTP compensation by doing volunteer work. This can be done in 4 categories:
-
Bar,
-
Kitchen,
-
General
-
Rugby-technical.

In practice
By doing volunteer work, you ‘earn’ back the amount of 100 euros already paid (5 euros per hour) in the form of ‘bar credit’.
After doing volunteer work, the money is deposited on your personal clubcard, which can be used to make payments in the clubhouse.
This personal clubcard also gives a 10% discount on all payments made with it at AAC. This is an advantage for participants in the MTP.

After registration:
-
more detailed information on the MTP and
-
your personal clubcard
will be handed out to you.
