RC Waterland took the 2025/26 Dames Ereklasse title at NRCA Stadium on 30 May. AAC, the 2024–25 champions, finished as runners-up in a second national final in two seasons.
AAC finished second in the Dames Ereklasse second phase to reach the final, with results including 73–17 away to Castricum and 64–5 over RUS. The two finalists met three times in the league season before meeting again in the final:
Including the final, the season series finished RC Waterland 3–1 AAC.
Eight national titles places AAC second all-time among Dutch women's clubs, behind SRC Thor's twelve. The most recent: May 2025, 17–0 v RUS in Amsterdam (relive the day →). Before that, four straight from 2007–08 to 2010–11. The 2025–26 final ended that defence; the title count stays at eight.
