Rugby Nederland assigns youth groups by birth year each season. The table below gives the official 2026–27 allocation and AAC’s current Tuesday and Thursday training times.

What parents need to know.
Training is twice a week. The youth team sends match details and arranges the first session. Confidential support is available for safety concerns.
Rugby by age group
Guppen through Minis learn through games, skills and age-appropriate rules.
Rugby Nederland competition begins with Cubs and continues through Juniors and Colts.
Coaches and player safety
Youth coaches and supervisors hold a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct). The youth team arranges each child’s first session.
Parents and players can contact Pim Harms confidentially about safety or behaviour at the club.

Can first-time players join?
Yes. Coaching starts with the basics and builds with each age group.
Which age group should we choose?
Use the 2026–27 birth-year table above. Contact us if you want us to confirm the group or the Guppen start date.
When does competition begin?
Guppen through Minis learn through play and age-appropriate rules. Rugby Nederland youth competition begins with Cubs.
What should we bring?
Bring sports clothes and boots to the first session. Add a mouthguard if your child already has one; the youth team will confirm any additional equipment.
How much does youth membership cost?
Colts membership is €291 for 2026–27. Contact us for the 2026–27 fee for children aged 6–15. Family discounts begin with the second youth member.
How do we register after the trial?
The youth team confirms the group first. You can then complete AAC’s secure AllUnited registration form.
Where does training take place?
At Sportpark De Eendracht, Bok de Korverweg 6A in Amsterdam Nieuw-West.
