Youth sponsors wanted — and found
Two new sponsors mean new match kit for the Cubs, Juniors and Colts. A kit fund is being set up so parents no longer buy match kit themselves — and TBM shirt sponsors are still wanted.
AAC has two new youth sponsors: Aannemersbedrijf Verdam and Café De Sluyswacht. Thanks to their support, the Cubs, Juniors and Colts will receive new match kits. During the Amsterdam Sevens we thanked them on the VIP deck for their contribution to our youth. It’s good to see parents and businesses supporting our young players in this way.
How the kit fund works
The idea behind the fund is simple: your AAC youth shirt no longer belongs to you, but to the club. Outgrow it, and you exchange it for a bigger size.
Sponsors have made the purchase of all the shirts possible, which lowers the financial threshold for new youth members — for a small annual contribution, you no longer need to worry about club kit. That contribution also builds a fund for extra youth activities, such as a camp or a tournament trip.
Still wanted: TBM shirt sponsors
For the TBM youth we are still looking for shirt sponsors, so the club can provide those kits too.
