Rugby Nederland assigns youth groups by birth year each season. The table below gives the official 2026–27 allocation and AAC’s current Tuesday and Thursday training times.

AAC welcomes players from age six. For a child born in 2021, Paul confirms the appropriate Guppen start date. Mini rugby is taught through play; organised youth competition begins with Cubs.

- 02 Meet at De Eendracht
Youth groups start at 18:00. Colts start at 19:00.
- 03 Bring training clothes
Sports clothes and boots suit the first session. Add a mouthguard if you already have one.
- 04 Train for two weeks
Your child joins the group before the family completes membership.

The format changes gradually with age. Paul confirms the current team schedule after assigning the birth-year group.
